Ce cours est destiné aux professionnels techniques qui seront chargés d'administrer Sophos Central. Il leur permettra d'acquérir les compétences nécessaires pour gérer les tâches quotidiennes courantes.

Objectifs de la formation

  • Passer avec succès la certification Sophos Central Endpoint and Server Administrator (80% minimum de bonnes réponses sur 50 questions)
  • Planifier et déployer des installations complexes de Sophos Central
  • Expliquer les concepts de configuration de base de Sophos Central et démontrer comment les configurer et les mettre en œuvre
  • Effectuer un nettoyage manuel des menaces si nécessaire
  • Enquêter de manière proactive sur les activités suspectes et chasser les menaces
  • Effectuer le dépannage préliminaire et les étapes d'assistance de base

Prérequis
  • Disposer de bonnes notions d'anglais (technique)
  • Avoir suivi la formation en ligne gratuite Sophos Central Endpoint and Server Engineer et réussi la certification (compter 1 jour pour passer cette certification et avoir un résultat de 80% minimum sur 40 questions)
  • Disposer de bonnes connaissances en sécurité informatique
  • Configuration et administration de systèmes Linux / UNIX / Microsoft (GPO)
  • Être capable de résoudre des problèmes de réseau en environnement Microsoft
  • Avoir de l'expérience dans la configuration et le déploiement de solutions AV
